This is the second time I've had the pleasure of engaging Gladimir as my real estate agent to help me sell my home. Despite the unique challenges of the pandemic and the fact that my investment property was tenant occupied, Gladimir was able to secure multiple offers including the offer I accepted for asking price shortly after the property was listed on the market. He was able to coordinate with the buyer who wasn't even in-country to lock down the sale despite the headache of securing the payoff amount for the loan from a slow-moving finance company. His expertise and perseverance helped save the deal which was in danger of collapsing because of timing issues associated with a 1031 exchange. I am writing this review to wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Gladimir Lobo as my preferred real estate agent in the Greater Cleveland area. Real estate agents are ubiquitous throughout Ohio, but Gladimir has proven to be a cut above the rest.
