Position Description:

The Construction and Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing construction and maintenance activities to repair, upgrade or otherwise improve the function of systems or components in the properties serviced by Dwelling Network.

Requirements:

All Technicians are contractor-based (1099), must have a valid State of Ohio driver’s license and reliable transportation for hauling equipment and own tools to/from job sites, and must carry general liability insurance.

The Independent Contractor is responsible for performing repair or upgrade work as specified for occupied or unoccupied homes.

W9 information is required and Contractors must be able to submit invoices for work completed.

Position Description:

Under the direction of a Broker, the Real Estate Agent is responsible for networking and prospecting, showing properties and working with home buyers, marketing properties and working with home sellers, and negotiating sales contracts.

Requirements:

You must have a real estate sales license or be willing/able to obtain your real estate license within 6 months of hire.

Position Description:

For all transactions under contract, the Transaction Coordinator is responsible for all documents and compliance; updating clients; obtaining status updates with lenders (if applicable) and municipalities (as required);  and ensuring all parties are kept abreast on requirements, current status and upcoming milestones.

Requirements:

20 - 40 hours per week between the hours of 8 AM and 5PM Eastern, and is a remote position.
