Terms and Conditions:
1) Prior to the start of service, Dwelling Network will verify all property ownership information provided by requester. If property ownership information cannot be verified, or is not correct, Dwelling Network may not complete the service.
2) Dwelling Network will make one (1) attempt to access your property with the access code provided. Validity of the access code(s) provided is the sole responsibility of the requester.
3) Dwelling Network will provide photographs of the property as long visibility and safety permits.
4) Dwelling Network does not assume responsibility for errors in property addresses or documentation provided by requester.
5) Estimated turnaround for services is 5 business days from date of receipt of complete information unless stated otherwise.
6) All information resulting from services provided will be delivered electronically to the email specified at the time of request.
7) Payment for all services attempted, regardless of outcome, is non-refundable.
