5 STEPS TO STABILIZATION

View each step to go from an unknown situation to a property that is rent or sale ready.

We enter your property and evaluate the situation: occupied/vacant, general condition, photos and/or videos.

Protect your property from unwanted entry: change locks, new lockbox, board up broken windows and doors

Remove trash and debris. Board up any remaining open access points. Clear out the property inside and outside, cut overgrown grass and shrubs.

Activate all utilities to verify the function of plumbing, gas and electrical systems. 

Prepare your property to get the best results. We provide estimates, complete your renovation work, and then can either manage your property as a rental or list it for sale, depending on your strategy.

Yes, we offer 15-month property management agreements for properties in northeast Ohio.  However, we only manage properties that either currently meet our quality and safety standards or have a property improvement plan established with us. Yes, we provide rent-ready estimates, what we call Move-In Property Condition Assessments, for all vacant units or properties under property management agreements with us. If you are interested, sign up for Property Management here.

Dwelling Network provides estimates for repairs and renovations, however, it is important to note that we will only do so if you already own the property and have elected for our renovation service or property management.
